OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AGES 18 OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor:  The Sponsor of EVA Air’s 12-Day Journey Beyond Christmas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is EVA Airways Corporation (“Sponsor” or “EVA Airways”) with the sponsoring office located at 2199 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Agreement to Rules: Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions (“Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Participation further constitutes an entrant’s representation and warranty that the entrant meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted exclusively through the campaign microsite at 12dayswithEVA.com. Any entries submitted through other means, except as provided herein, will be considered invalid. Daily entry opens at 12:00 AM PST and closes at 11:59 PM PST daily from December 14, 2025, through December 25, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”), for a total period of twelve (12) consecutive days. Each entrant is permitted one (1) entry per day between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM PST during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received prior to 12:00 AM or after 11:59 PM PST on each day of the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified from consideration for that day’s drawing, entries made outside the Sweepstakes Period are disqualified from consideration for any prize.

5. How to Enter:

• Entrants must follow EVA Air’s official Instagram account (@evaairus) or Facebook account (EVAAirUS) before entering and be following EVA Air’s official Instagram account (@evaairus) or Facebook account (EVAAirUS) when winners are selected to be eligible to win. Entrants will also be able to see Sweepstakes updates and information on EVA Air’s official Instagram account (@evaairus) and Facebook account (EVAAirUS).
• Sign in daily from December 14 to December 25, 2025, using your name and email address on the campaign site (12dayswithEVA.com) and answer the daily quiz question. Each person is eligible for one (1) entry per day using one email address (individuals may not use multiple email addresses to submit multiple entries), and entrants may enter on all twelve (12) consecutive days.
• Each day features a different quiz and prize(s). Entrants who correctly answer the daily quiz will be eligible to win a prize from one of the Daily Prize Categories. Potential daily winners will be selected at random from those entrants who correctly answered the daily quiz and announced on the campaign site (12dayswithEVA.com) the following day by name or otherwise. Such notification will direct the potential winner on how to redeem each prize. The “correctness” of daily quiz responses will be determined by EVA Airways in its sole and exclusive discretion.
• Entrants who complete the daily quiz, regardless of whether their answers are correct, will receive a special discount code, redeemable toward a five percent discount on a certain flight ticket purchases on evaair.com for a limited time. The special code will be valid for certain tickets issued between December 14, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with departure dates between January 1, 2026, and May 21, 2026.
• Entrants who complete all twelve (12) daily quizzes, regardless of answer accuracy, will receive additional chances to win an EVA Air Lucky Bag.

To enter the Sweepstakes without engaging with @evaairus on Instagram or via the campaign site (www.12dayswithEVA.com), you may earn a Sweepstakes entry by hand printing your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, month/year of birth and email address on a plain piece of 8 ½” x 11″ paper, inserting it into an envelope, affixing sufficient postage and mailing it, in a hand-addressed envelope, to: “EVA Air’s 12-Day Journey Beyond Christmas Sweepstakes,” ATTN: EVA Sweepstakes, 2199 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245. All mail-in Entries must be postmarked and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-In Entries will be considered for all drawings held after the mail-in Entry is received. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected Entries, or Entries not received in time for the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part incomplete, illegible, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft.

Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of EVA Airways. You may enter only once a day. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple user names, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of EVA Airways.

6. Prizes: The Prizes available during the sweepstakes include the following:

Daily Prize Categories: The following daily prizes will be available during the Sweepstakes. One or more of the following Daily Prizes will be available on each day of the Sweepstakes. Entrants who correctly answer the daily quiz will be eligible as a potential winner of the daily prize(s) for that day. EVA will randomly select potential winner(s) of the daily prize(s) from those entrants who correctly answer the question for that day of the Sweepstakes.

• One (1) 2 roundtrip Business Class tickets from one of EVA Airways’ USA gateways: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and New York via Taipei to one of EVA Airways’ destinations in Asia. (Approximate Value: USD31,800)

• One (1) 2 roundtrip Premium Economy Class tickets from one of EVA Airways’ USA gateways: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and New York via Taipei to one of EVA Airways’ destinations in Asia. Premium Economy Class is guaranteed only on transpacific sectors; non-transpacific sectors are not guaranteed due to aircraft variations. (Approximate Value: USD9,660)

Bonus Prize for Entrants Who Complete All Twelve (12) Daily Quizzes:

The use of EVA Airways flight ticket(s) awarded through the Sweepstakes or purchased using a discount obtained through the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the ticket certificate, which may include blackout dates. Carriage pursuant to a ticket awarded through the Sweepstakes or purchased using a discount obtained through the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the operative Ticket, including EVA Airways’ General Conditions of Carriage and EVA Airways’ Regulations as those terms are defined in EVA Airways’ General Conditions of Carriage. The winner of any prize is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees for the flight tickets, travel costs to the specified departure cities, and any additional expenses incurred during the trip. Furthermore, the winner must obtain and pay for legal travel documents required to use any prize. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the total prize is USD53,815. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor.

The prize is nontransferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes and/or usage costs or fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. 

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Potential daily winners will be announced on the campaign microsite at www.12dayswithEVA.com on the following day. To claim a prize, each potential winner is required to fill out, sign and return documents mentioned below no later than January 8^th 2026: (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (2) a Winner Information Form; and (3) and a W-9 tax form to this email address: laxpms@evaair.com (Prize winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize.)

EVA Airways shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, other security settings, or other reason or for potential winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 

The receipt by potential winner of the prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY ENTRANT (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH ENTRANT’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A POTENTIAL WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this Sweepstakes entrants understand that EVA Airways, or anyone acting on behalf of EVA Airways, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and entrant’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

10. Terms and Conditions: EVA Airways reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, EVA Airways may select the potential winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by EVA Airways. EVA Airways reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

EVA Airways has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, EVA Airways reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless EVA Airways and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, however caused, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Parties shall not be responsible for:, (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v)any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vi) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (vii) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Rules, the selection and announcement of potential winners, or the distribution of any prize. Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, stolen or misdirected entries. The Released Parties: (1) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize; (2) disclaim any implied warranty; and (3) are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize, travel related thereto or from participation in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. If any activity relating to any prize is canceled or postponed for any reason, the balance of that prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award.

12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES, WHICH MAY RESULT IN THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN CALIFORNIA.As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the United States District Court for the CENTRAL District of CALIFORNIA or the appropriate california State Court located in los angeles County. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

13. Privacy Policy:  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor may contact him/her via direct message, email, or phone regarding the Sweepstakes and agrees to provide an email address so the Sponsor can send (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (2) a Winner Information Form; and (3) a W-9 tax form. 14. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, please mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: EVA Air 12-Day Journey Beyond Christmas, 2199 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245. Requests must be received no later than January 15^th.

Prize Acknowledgment: Entrants acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, KINTO, FELLOW, Hello Kitty, Shupatto, Kangol, or Tango. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
